Product is priced based on the minimum weight of 550 grams, you will not be charged for any additional weight. When available, 1 whole fish will be allocated which will result in additional weight.  In rare circumstances multiple fish will be allocated to reach the target weight especially when ordering multiples of this product.

By default this product is cleaned, removing scales and internal waste which will alter the final weight being delivered. If you do not require this processing please select your preferred options on the product page.
